If you have already assigned a voucher to a parent, but you later discover that their contact details have changed, you can now edit this inside your order and resend either the supermarket preference link, or even the voucher itself.
Step 1
Once logged into Wonde, proceed to the order you wish to manage. Any parent who has been assigned a voucher will show a green banner with the option to edit or view the status.
Step 2
Select a parent by clicking on the green panel. You will then be taken to a page where you can manage voucher settings on a parent-by-parent basis.

You're now able to edit the contact details of the parent:

TIP #1: You can copy the supermarket preference and send it to parents directly through other means (i.e. your own email sender, or text it to the parent) if they're not receiving it via Wonde. You can even click on the link yourself and choose the preferred supermarket on behalf of the parent.
