Important: If the option to change the supermarket choice is grey and unclickable this means that the voucher has already been ordered and it's not possible to change the supermarket of choice.
When do you need to change the preference for a parent?
You will need to change the supermarket preference for a parent straight after you assign them a voucher. Please ensure you make this change ASAP upon assigning the voucher to the parent and before the 1pm that day. If you assign vouchers to parents after 1pm, you'll have until 1pm the following day to change the supermarket preference.
