To begin using the Edusync Apple | Enterprise tool, your schools will first need to be integrated with Wonde and also have approved the permissions for Edusync Apple. If your MIS/SIS is not already integrated with Wonde, please contact us at

Launching Edusync Apple | Enterprise

Navigate to and enter your email address to be sent an email with a sign-in link.

Click Sign into Wonde on the email you receive.

You will land on this page.

Click Your apps

Click Launch and then Launch as an Enterprise on Edusync Apple

You will land on the Schools Directory page for Edusync Apple | Enterprise - From here you can see all of the approval statuses of Edusync Apple for all of the schools in your organisation and when they last synced along with the option to launch the individual school sync settings page.

Individual School Settings

From here you can choose which users to sync and whether the organisation controls the school. You'll need to turn the organisation control on for each school via the Enable organisation-level sync toggle.

You can also navigate to the school's Directory and Classes pages to choose which users and classes to ignore - Which you can do by selecting the respective object on each page and going to Action selected.

Organisation Sync Settings

Settings on this page will apply to all schools in your organisation that have approved access to data the purposes of Edusync Apple and have enabled (or has been enabled at the organisation-level) organisational control of Edusync Apple.

You can set the location ID format to correspond to our ID or a site number. Password/Passcode policies for devices and the time that the automated sync occurs.

Set the domain name to a primary or sub-domain accessible to your Apple School Manager instance.

Set whether or not students or staff are synced across all schools, including more granular rules for students dependent on MIS/SIS groups.

Choose the ID type you want to use for users including our own internal ID or the Primary or Secondary ID of the corresponding user profile from the SIS/MIS.

Also CHoose whether accounts are deactivated automatically or manually by the sync and how long we should wait before deactivating student accounts. Staff accounts will be deleted when leaving dates are entered in the school SIS/MIS. Note also: users will be deleted following the standard amount of elapsed time in Apple School Manager which is currently 30 days.

Choose whether you want new user accounts to be created with a naming convention or using the primary email address against student and/or staff user profiles form the SIS/MIS

Determine IDs to be used for classes and/or courses.

Enter your SFTP credentials for syncing CSVs to your ASM tenant. The port number is hard coded to 22.

Save settings at the top of the page.

Return to the Schools Directory and click Run sync now to receive the option to Download the CSV that will be uploaded to Apple School Manager. Review the CSV and then Sync when happy with it.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you are absolutely certain that if you are uploading to an existing setup of Apple School Manager that all data is in order and corresponds to your existing setup. New locations will be setup for each school in your organisation in Apple School Manager.

Once you are happy with how manual syncs are occurring you can Enable automated sync which will run at the time you specify on the Organisation Sync Settings page.

That concludes the Edusync Apple | Enterprise setup guide.
